unfortunately, I wouldn't be posting and replying much due to school.
Probably I would just post my projects from school if I have time that is lol.

Current Obsession: Tekken

Next week I go back to school. So far, I've had a lovely time off.

I've been doing a lot of original character design stuff lately lol. I just love making characters! I think it is my other love next to fashion designing. I remember that I wanted to be a character designer or illustrator back in junior high. Thinking about it now, maybe I could wind up as a costume designer for a game, movie, or even be a character designer. Hmm it'd be fun But with coloring on photoshop for just 2 months, I have a long way to go.

Other than that, I've been playing a lot on the PS3. When I first got home, I played a lot of Blazblue and Soul Calibur 4. Blazblue is pretty fun. I'm not really use to the registering button combo type of fighting game (I don't know what it is called properly but it is the type of fighting game like Street Fighter). Luckily, Blazblue has a way easier system so I picked it up quite ok. My sis's boyfriend pick it up fast, he even knows Bang's distortion move with the theme song lol. My sis knew right away that I would play Taokaka. She is fast and more hand to hand combat which I like. My secondary character hmm still finding one, but I'll say Litchi for now. Now with soul Calibur 4...there are a hand full of changes from the previous soul calibur games. I've noticed that they seem to input Soul Edge's guard break system, it's similar but not exactly the same. Also adding the attributes are pretty fun. It makes seems like an RPG. But what I hate is that the move set changed a lot. I'm not sure if we have to unlock them, but I feel very limited, especially when I play my favorite character Taki. I feel like most of her moves are gone Oh well better play more to get better At least Kilik is pretty much the same with new moves

For most of the time though, I've been playing Tekken 5 and I've been getting better at it. I figured out that I play Asuka Kazama pretty well. I think I'll make Xiaoyu as my secondary character and Asuka first. I think it's beacuse I played as Jun in Tekken 2. But I've also mangaged to make some nice combos with Xiao. I'm kinda scared that Tekken 6 would have a new move set 'cause I've seen some new moves on there. Just hopefully their would be just new moves with old moves (I haven't played Tekken 6 in the arcade)

My sis says it's funny how I play all the girly cutesy character lol. Well I'm a girl, that's why I play them and it's kinda cool to see a girl character defeat a guy. She plays girl characters too. I wonder if girls who play fighting games tend to pick female characters? I know there are girls that pick male characters too but hmm it makes an interesting psych. topic. I do have my share of favorite male characters and I play them efficiently too. In Soul Calibur, I play Kilik and I figured out that I'm pretty good with Voldo since I got an S rank on the story mode, but I don't play him a lot lol. On Tekken, I usually play as Jin or Kazuya but due to playing everyone's story mode and Mokujin, I could control Jack, Steve, and Raven pretty well. Maybe Devil Jin, he has Jin's old move set.

Other than video games, I got to hang out with my friends. Even though it was only on Saturadays, we made the most of our time tehehe. Got to reminisce about a lot of stuff, it was quite deep O.O. Aww I feel sad now, vacation is almost over. Oh well I'm looking forward to more learning and my Computer aided design II class

Currently bored (lame I know so why write it lol) I just put some (3 pics) of stuff I did for my class. I really wish that this week would be over >.< I want to go home and chill, but damn finals. I know y'all or most you guys are just barely startin school, but for me my first year is coming to a complete end. Technically, I've been in my second year since I took only one 1st year class. But when October comes, I'm offically a sophomore in college *thinks gettin old gettin old. But I'm pretty young compared to many people here... really young O.O

As the year ends, I've improved with my fashion illustrations. I wish I could improve in my anime-ish and video game-ish styles though. Oh well, practice on vaca...maybe.

Then again, I might be playing video games since I've been having the urge to recently. Unfortunately, I have no consoles here with me T.T But next week, I get to play SC4. Been a while since I played Soul Calibur...I hope I'm still pretty ok at it.

Anyways, I'm also excited for Tekken 6 Bloodline Rebellion (nice name. There are seriously father-son issues in the series). It won't be out 'til Oct 27...I think. I'm goin to have school already by that time and miss out on playing it T_T. I want to improve on Tekken. I don't play it as much as Soul Calibur back in the day. I'll be sure to pull out Tekken 5 once I get home.

Well enough ranting...wait... There's a Tekken live action movie comin' out. It's probably goin to be bad like the street fighter movie from what I heard here online. It did give off that feeling for me a bit. At least Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa I think suits Heihachi and Jon Foo is suited to play Jin. Though, Jon Foo has a more cute look rather than Jin's hot look lol. Hey at least Jon Foo has the body and skillz for the role ^-^

I realize that I haven't put any new lolita designs up (it's been a year, weird). More or less any more fashion designs as well. I should put more fashion stuff up but that's all I do. I guess it's an opposite effect where I want to draw somethin else other than fashion stuff.

Oh well, got to clean up my DA a bit.

...and practice on photoshop more tehehe.

Anime Expo was a huge sucess!!!
It was tooooo good lol.

More about it later..

In the future, I think I'll post up some of my work from school just to keep my DA alive lol.
